  • Well, it is raining again.


    you know, i will never get tan here!  During the day i am in the hospital all day, then when i get home, it RAINS!!!!  What a bummer...  i haven't really enjoyed the good weather here yet...


    The other day, i met a really hot surgery resident (i think 1/2 korean, 1/2 white or something).  it really gave me hope, but one of the fellow pharmacy resident told me that there aren't many good looking doctors here.  WHY GOD OH WHY?  I am here all by myself, and i can't even meet loads of hot doctor???!!!????  What is the problem?


    I am finally getting used to entering medication orders in the hospital... i think finally when the orientation period is over (july 31) i will have definite arthritis on my fingers from using my 2nd and ring fingers only.  SIGH...


    Well, i told my brother that one of my fellow resident has 2 cats at her apartment.  I was saying how i wanted a pet to keep me company.  then he told me that someone from church is giving away cats...  hmmm... but how in the world would i bring the cat over here?  My brother suggested bringing the pet as a carry-on, but it seems so cruel and weird... 


    Problem #1: trying to figure out how a pet will travel from chicago to florida without me killing it by accident...


    problem #2: will i be able to afford vet/shot fees?


    Problem #3: can i afford the extra expense? (food, deposit i have to pay the apartment)


    Problem #4: should i get a cat from a animal rights shelter?  that's how the resident got her cats back home in Indiana...


    i guess i have to think about a little bit more...
