• Vietnamese Rocks!

  I just had 2 straight days of vietnamese vermacelli noodle dish in a roll.  Ever since I moved to Seattle almost 3 years ago… I first discovered the world of Vietnamese cuisine.  My first Pho… homemade by my vietnamese friend’s mom (still the best pho ever)… then i realized what I have been missing all my life… How did I manage completely bypass this cuisine in Chicago???? I mean… WTF????  I just love it… its light, flavorful, and yummy. Yummy to the core.  I love the vermacelli noodle dish with BBQ pork and egg roll… although I do love the sandwiches as well…yum…I found the best fresh spring rolls at a restaurant in Seattle called Tamrind Tree.. best springs rolls ever!  Even my authentic Vietnamese friend agrees… I love Vietnamese food… yum.
