I realized that i need to be in control of my life...and nobody else can do that for me.

I also realized what a humbling experience it is to be a teacher...coming to a realization that you may not know anything, but you totally have the responsibilty to know everything!  I really appreciate my student this month...he was awesome!  Thanks Reid!  you were a great student!  I am realizing that i have been really slacking as a pharmacist.  i really need to be PROACTIVE and try to learn as much as possible...at least during this residency period. 

BUT... so tired...when do i have time to do that???

Hard Times...
Being late to the pharmacy...customer watching me open the pharmacy
5 customers showing up at the same time, but nobody for an hour
Customer yelling at me for explaining what "transferred prescription" means
Calling another pharmacy for help, but was a waste of time...
someone asking you for "butt cream" and having NO IDEA what that is...
Waiting 15 minutes for my fast food taco
Not having my roommate's pager number with me TODAY
Waiting 15 minutes in my car for my roommate
Eating cold dinner
My cats breaking my cellphone charger (the plug part...what the..)
Having a phone that is not sold in US and not able to replace the charger the next day...
STILL no paycheck from Albertsons...

very very hard day...so discouraging...
But I really need think of these words...

Hi All!
It has been exhausting 2 months...so much studying and reading and projects!!!  It's has been much demanding than my last residency...why oh why did I decide to do another one???

One recent highlight of the month...i went to Ari Hest's concert last night... he was amazing!!!  He is really talented!  Thanks sandy for introducing him to me!  I thoroughly enjoyed myself... AND a perfect chance to do something NON-PHARMACY related event!  PLUS...he is hot!
